The Novus family is growing

We are entering a new exciting stage in our growth journey.

Not only are we pleased to be unveiling our all new website and branding, aligning us more closely with Rokstone and Aventum Group, we are also delighted to have welcomed new talent into our business to manage the increasing demand for our services.

Molly Brazier joined Aventum Group back in December 2021, and she has now moved over to us to focus all her skills on helping Novus. She takes up the role of Assistant Underwriting Analyst, and will be of huge help to Charlie Ward, who she will be working closely with.

Elsewhere, Stephen Engeham joined us June 2022 as a Senior Underwriter. He brings 25 years’ experience as a warranty underwriter to us, including five years at Nex Assure, 16 years at QBE, and before that Domestic & General. 

Anna Last also joined us in June, taking up a role as an Underwriting and Services Executive. She is responsible for general administrative duties, as well as making transactions, dealing with issues/discrepancies, and chasing brokers for additional data.

And finally, we are pleased to be expanding our claims handling capability by hiring William Howe as Claims Manager. William joined us in July and will be responsible for ensuring our brokers and their clients receive a quick resolution to any claims that arise.

It’s fantastic to be expanding our team as we enter a new stage of growth. In view of the relaxing of Covid restrictions in many parts of the world we see new opportunities for growth in several target regions.

We are now wasting no time in planning visits and audit trips to our clients in the autumn, in the UK, as well as Europe and Asia.
